Navigating Body Image and
Changes Throughout Pregnancy

Monday, December 1st, 7-8:30pm

This course is for women who are pregnant or who are trying to become pregnant. We will discuss the cultural and societal implications of pregnancy; the physiological bodily changes; explore where your fears and judgments originate and turn them around to move towards a positive, successful, and healthy pregnancy.
